1 (16-ounce) can pears, chilled
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 banana, peeled
3 ice cubes, crushed
2 tablespoons agave
Dash ground nutmeg

Combine pears with juice, yogurt, banana, ice and agave in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Pour shake into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.
