California Nut Pie

Serves: 6

   3 eggs
   1 1/3 cups agave
   1/8 teaspoon salt
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   1/2 cup butter
   1 1/4 cups chopped nuts
   1 unbaked pie crust, 9-inch

California Nut Pie is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

Combine eggs with agave, salt, vanilla and butter. Stir in nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350F 40 to 45 minutes. Top with agave sweetened whipped cream or soft vanilla ice cream, if desired.
