the oven to 275 F. Place the ham cut side down on a sheet of
aluminum foil shiny side up. Mix together the Volcanic Nectar
agave, apricot jam, and the mustard powder in a small bowl.
Brush it onto your ham using a pastry or barbecque brush. Enclose
the foil around the ham and place on a rimmed baking sheet.

minutes before the ham is done.
